A reputable Institution invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the following position as Personal Assistant
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing calendar of Head of Entity.
- Ensuring effective secretarial support and
management of Head of Entity's office. - Taking minutes of meetings with visitors as and when required.
- Following up with matters arising from
- Distilling actions from minutes of meetings.

- Ensuring actions required from meetings are executed and reported on
- Facilitating effective performance management of staff reporting to the Head of Entity.
- Managing official correspondence of the
- Head of Entity and maintaining and managing an effective filing and retrieval system.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the head of entity.
Qualification
- First Degree in English or Humanities
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline would he an advantage.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 6 years of experience.
