A reputable Institution invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the following position as Office Manager
Position: Office Manager
Reports directly to: Head of Entity
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of office staff.
- Responding to routine mails.
- Drafting responses/reports/documents for the Head of Entity's review.

- Ensuring effective and timely turnaround of services in the office.
- Performance management of office staff.
- Recording of meetings as determined by the Head of Entity.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Head of Entity.
Qualification/Requirements:
1st Degree with a Master's in Public Administration or an MBA.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
