Full Job Description - Read Carefully


A healthcare IT company located in Accra on Spintex Rd seeking immediated employment of an executive assistant/project admin. Only serious and qualified candidates will be considered.

  • Works closely and with the CEO and Project Manager to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the company's internal departments and the clients.
  • Plans,  updates, coordinates and ensures the project calendar schedule is followed.
  • Creating PowerPoint Presentations for client meetings
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the company
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative duties 
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings, travels,  appointments for the technical team site visits.
  • Office Management – making sure that everything is in place for the office to function smoothly.
  • Records Management Maintaining company records- responsible for setting up and managing both electronic and paper filing systems, as well as taking steps to update and maintain that the company is in compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Admin or similar role. Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high level executive support in a professional and confidential manner, including the ability to establish work priorities and meet predetermined deadlines and commitments.
  • High level communication skills with experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders and Management, coupled with the ability to exercise initiative.
  • Effective utilization of computer applications to accomplish tasks, with high level computing skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven skills in organizing and maintaining relevant documentation for meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines using a pro-active attitude.
