Chuvie Decor Ghana is seeking to employ a Customer Care Officer / Sales Rep for its vacancy in Accra.

The duties the candidate will be responsible for
- Responding promptly to customers inquiries
- Communicating with customer through various channel
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process.
- Managing a team of Junior customer service representative.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintaining a positive ,empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times.
- Processing orders,forms, quotations on request.

Job Requirement:
Qualification, Experience, Education, Skills and so on the candidate should possess
- Ability to stay calm when customer are stressed or upset.
- OND or HND in any related discipline with 1-2 years experience
Job Salary: GHS 400 - 600
