We are a reputable company in general merchantship. We are also into construction, architectural and other field related activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Administrative Officer. The officer shall be based in our Kumasi office.

The candidate may from time to time be required to offer support for the operations of our sister companies and related duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Officer shall be responsible for inter alia;

  • Coordinating correspondence between employees and stakeholders
  • Collate and sort out data from multiple field staff.
  • Raise, Manage and track requisitions.
  • Prepare basic project accounts.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned to the successful candidate.

Qualification Required & Experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • The minimum qualification for this job is HND certificate in Accountancy.
  • The prospective applicant should have a minimum work experience of THREE YEARS.
  • Experience in the field of CONSTRUCTION, ARCHITECTURE and Field work would be an added advantage.
  • Prospective candidate should be resident in KUMASI but willing to move into rural and peripheral MMDAs for work occasionally.
  • Should be willing to work long hours.
  • Should be innovative and proactive.
  • Should be willing to work with little or no supervision.
  • Should be a team player.
  • Should have a keen eye for details.
