The Event Management Officer is responsible for the management and planning of events and securing contracts for the company
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all administrative works ( Concept drawings, Invoices, letters, etc.)
- Coordinate with the CEO in securing contracts for the company
- Ensure that at event site, table setup and any other duties or functions are done on time • Perform other duties or functions when necessary
Qualifications
- SSSCE
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University will be an advantage
Experience
- At least 2 years experience of working in related field
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Event Decor or Management would be an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft office and other software for designing will be an advantage
Additional Responsibilities
- The CEO shall or at any time assign additional task to job holder when necessary
