JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Job Description
- To co-ordinate the preparation of the Maintenance Operations Policies, Philosophies, Management Systems, Requirements and Strategies for Project.
- To co-ordinate all aspects Of the Maintenance Front End Engineering and Design input for Early Oil and Full Field Development Projects.
- To provide Maintenance Operations input for preliminary screenings.
Main Responsibilities
The Maintenance Coordinator's responsibilities cover definition of the maintenance operational requirements from the reservoir to the export point of
sale over the project life cycle.
Key Activities
- Develop a computerised maintenance and materials management system
- Determine equipment criticality and equipment sparing requirement
- Develop life cycle cost model
- Determine plant reliability and availability
- Interface Early Oil Team for all aspects of operability and maintainability assurance

- Participate in Hazid, Hazop Review
- Follow-up of the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities
- To pro-actively contribute to the definition of the maintenance requirements to ensure long-term maximisation of asset value and production availability while minimising OPEX costs.
Qualification/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering Discipline
- 8 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
- 7 years of maintenance operations experience
- Knowledge in Basic Oil and Gas Operations
- Must have attended and completed some maintenance advanced courses
- Knowledge in Production Operations
- Knowledge in Maintenance Operations and maintenance engineering.
- Strong conceptual thinking and project management capabilities
