JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Job Description
To coordinate and supervise a team of plant operators responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all field production facilities. The production superintendent will support and coordinate production and maintenance operations across different fields, defining assets exploitation plan according to business requirement.
Main Responsibilities
Maintenance plan accuracy, feasibility and compliance with short/medium term production targets
Key Activities
- To ensure maximum efficiency and availability of all production equipment
- To ensure safety operations and environment care
- To monitor and to control production parameters in relation to all the processes of oil and gas production
- To coordinate the daily activities of production operators

- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports
- To supervise chemicals stocks and injections and relevant results
- To provide operator input/feedback into maintenance programmes and production planning activities
Qualification/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 10 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
- 5 years of production experience
- Knowledge in Basic Oil and Gas Operations
- Must have attended and completed some production advanced courses
- Knowledge in production operations in plant management, plant production optimisation, maintenance management, predictive maintenance, operations/maintenance advising.
- Knowledge in Commissioning-Start up, Gas Plant Start-Up, Oil & Condensate Plant Start-up, decommissioning, etc.
