The product is new on the Ghanaian market and is likely to be patronized by Restaurants, Hospitals with Admission Facilities; Institutions with Boarding Facilities; Large Supermarkets (Shoprite); Bakeries; Restaurants; and individuals who are likely to pay for the convenience of using Egg Powder instead of the raw shell eggs.
