Regional Director: Sales and Marketing - WeLearn Ghana

Position Overview:

WeLearn Ghana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead a change project in the sales of a new product. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a bringing their team of two extra sales officers, to expand our reach in Ghana and across Africa. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to introduce and promote the product.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and penetrate new markets, forging partnerships and securing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Continuously assess and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and maximize results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for social impact.
• Willingness to travel within Ghana and potentially across Africa as the role expands.

• Competitive salary during 3-month probation period is (5,000.00-10,000.00 Ghana cedis, and 1,500.00- 2,000.00 Ghana cedis for sales officers based on performance).
