WeLearn Ghana is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering disadvantaged women, youth, and children through education and educational initiatives. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty, elevate living standards, and unlock the full potential of every individual.

Position Overview:

WeLearn Ghana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead a change project in the sales of a new product. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a bringing their team of two extra sales officers, to expand our reach in Ghana and across Africa. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization and make a significant impact on communities in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to introduce and promote the product.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, forging partnerships and securing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Continuously assess and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and maximize results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for social impact.
  • Willingness to travel within Ghana and potentially across Africa as the role expands.

  • Competitive salary during 3-month probation period is (5,000.00-10,000.00 Ghana cedis, and 1,500.00- 2,000.00 Ghana cedis for sales officers based on performance).
