Nurse Manager - InnovoMD

At InnovoMD we provide quality medical care to our patients. Our organization is made up of dedicated clinicians and administrators who are passionate about transforming healthcare delivery in Ghana. We are building a highly skilled, experienced and multi-disciplinary clinical team to care for patients in our community. Our team approach to health care includes doctors, nurses, therapists, case managers and other allied health professionals. 

Job Summary

·  Coordinate in-home care services with doctors, nurses, pharmacy, radiology and other service providers

·  Appropriately assess and assign cases todoctors and care team based on need and severity

·  Work collaboratively with area hospitals and clinics to provide smooth transitions to hospital care and other specialists providers

·  Manage healthcare provider resources to ensure adequate coverage for care services

Qualification Required & Experience 

·  Must be a compassionate person with exceptional communication, organizational, and problem- solving skills 

· Professional qualification in Nursing and must be a registered member of the Nurses’ and Midwives’ Council of Ghana 

· A minimum of six (6) years post-qualification experience is required 

· Excellent computer and word processing skills 

·  Must be organized and detail oriented
