Main Responsibilities of the Nutrition Support:
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and target new customers and market opportunities within the health and wellness sector through strategic meetings, networking and cold outreach
- Initiate business opportunities to drive product sales among hospitals, health facilities and medical outfits
- Identify, vet and engage local and international distributors to secure product placement in health shops and specialized facilities
Sales & Account Management
- Achieve predefined sales targets and commercial objectives by effectively communicating product value propositions
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to deeply understand their unique organizational needs and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and account support to ensure high retention rates and repeat business
Marketing, Events & Stakeholder Relations
- Represent the company professionally at local and international health-related events, conferences and trade shows
- Deliver compelling presentations at relevant events to promote product consumption and clinical/wellness benefits within health facilities
- Execute market activation activities and experiential marketing campaigns to increase product adoption and brand awareness
- Engage with key health sector stakeholders to promote progressive industry ideas, build trust, and maintain sustainable corporate relationships

Nutritional Consulting & Client Education
- Utilize extensive technical knowledge of nutrition, dietetics and wellness to confidently guide and advise clients
- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and evaluations to understand individual client requirements and health baselines
- Develop personalized nutrition plans, meal strategies and tailored dietary advice for individual clients
- Educate clients and partners on healthy eating principles and the clinical science backing the company's product formulations
Strategy, Training & Administration
- Conduct and manage business analyse, including market studies and competitive research, to pinpoint fresh growth opportunities.
- A suitable candidate will have the following characteristics
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Public Health, Business Administration, Marketing or a closely related field. Dual qualifications in health and business are highly preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, healthcare business development, medical detailing or clinical nutritional consulting
Core Competencies
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the wellness or pharma sector
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills for medical and corporate audiences
- Comprehensive understanding of dietary science and personalized meal planning
- Proven capability in distributor management and establishing supply chains locally or internationally
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word), Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, active listening, market research analysis and proficiency in CRM software
