Job Description
Relationship Executive (RE) also known as Sales executive, is a part of the Consumer Business Unit (CoBU) and work as a Sales executive with WaterHealth Ghana. The prime responsibility of a Relationship Executive (RE) is to monitor, control and drive profitability (sales) of the assigned plants in terms of Sales, Customer Service, Quality and Operations. Hence, Relationship Executive (RE) directly supervise the Operator and are responsible for the sales and marketing of water at the WHCs. However, in the absence of Operators they take on the responsibilities of plant operations.
Relationship Executive (RE) generally reports to the Cluster Head (CH). All three members: BA (Business Associate), RE and CH together work as one team.
Renumeration
- Net Salary: GHC800 - 1000
- Other Benefits
- Medical and Life Insurance.
Required Skills or Experience
Candidates must possess the following requirements:
- Residents must live within the community or its environs (Cluster)
- Fresh graduate from a higher institution to maximum of five years working experience in Sales and Marketing in related industry; FMCG, Telecommunication, Banking
- Not more than 30 years of age
- Must have a minimum of Bachelor degree or HND
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
- Willing to work as a team
- Must be able to maintain a high level of discipline on work related assignments and company’s policies and procedures
- Be creative (in thinking and action), assertive, and show a good signs of leadership
- Positive attitude to work and follow instructions
- Ability to coordinate activities in the assigned areas
