SOS Children's Villages Ghana is a child welfare organisation that provides a stable Family-like (FLC) for children in need.
We also provide social services for families at risk through our family strengthening projects. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and dynamic persons for appointment as: Sponsorship Officer
Qualification Required & Experience
The ideal candidate should
• Hold a first Degree in English, Linguistics, Social Science or Humanities, Communities & Journalism
• Have a minimum of 2 years of post qualification relevant work experience in creative writing in managing donors and sponsors
• Applicants living or residing in and around the job location have an added advantage
• Have proven knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, skill and experience in database management
• Be a motivated self-starter with initiative, flexibility and enthusiam
• Be a proactive communicator, ability to build relationships and provid support
• Possess good organisational and time management skills
• Possess excellent writing skills with a flair for the needs and development of children
• Must be knowledgeable in Child Rights and Child Safe Guarding Practices
