The role of Human Resources Director is based in West Africa in either Ghana, Ivory Coast or Senegal with travel to other geographies. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking to work in an organisation that needs professionalising in HR policies and procedures. The organisation is a growth business and this exciting role manages the HR team, the L&D team and operates as part of the businesses executive board.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The HRD will bring experience of working in the HR function is an established business with a keen desire to work in a fast-paced environment and within a company that is making a real difference to life in Africa.
The HRD will speak both English and French fluently.
The HRD must bring experience of working across geographies in sub-Saharan Africa with outstanding interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude coupled with the ability and motivation to engage where needed within the business. This is a diverse role working closely with and directly to the CEO.
The HRD must have experience of working with a population of over 500 and in a growth environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
