Learning & Development
- Coordinate training logistics, registrations, and attendance records.
- Monitor training completion and maintain development records.
- Support performance management processes and documentation.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure employee records comply with company standards and legal requirements.
- Support HR audits and compliance activities.
- Generate HR reports and workforce analytics as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR assistant role
- Experience working in a multinational or Telecom, media/entertainment environment is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent calendar management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and follow-up tracking capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare clear executive-level documents, presentations, reports, and written communications.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely completion of recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Accuracy of employee records and HR documentation.
- Payroll data submission accuracy.
- Employee query response time.
- Compliance with HR policies and audit requirements.
- Training coordination effectiveness and record maintenance.
- Quality and timeliness of executive calendar management, meeting preparation, and action follow-up.
- Accuracy and confidentiality of executive correspondence, travel arrangements, administrative files, and expense documentation.
