The successful candidates to be selected for this role will be given a working orientation to products of the company, as well as on the job training on sales
and marketing subsequently metamorphose into becoming Sales Agronomists a spectticd period of time.
Required Educational Qualification and Experience
- Must have a Bachelors' Degree in Agricultural Science/ Crop Science from a recognised tertiary institution
- A professional qualification in Marketing (Part 2 of CIM-UK) wiIl be an added advantage.
- Must have successfully completed National Service and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint
and Word - Must have a valid professional driving licence
Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be customer centric with strong influencing skills
- Must have the ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Strong Employee Relationship Development & Management
- Must have the ability to apply tact and discretion
- Strong analytical skills with good professional disposition
- Strong negotiation skills
