Moxie is seeking two National Service Personnel (2026 / 2027) to join our team for the following roles:
Junior Executive (1): Support the planning and delivery of client projects through research, project coordination, administration, client communication, and documentation. Work collaboratively with the team, contribute creative ideas, and participate actively in training and professional development while supporting other assigned tasks as required.
Junior Creative Designer (1): Support the design team in developing and adapting creative assets for print, digital, and social media, while contributing ideas to campaigns, pitches, and content. Assist with production-ready artwork, sourcing design elements, maintaining organized project files, and creating visual content that communicates the agency’s story.

Ideal candidates must be

Recent University graduate or final-year student nearing completion

Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail

Proficiency in the use of design tools (Junior Creative Designer), Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms

You must be disciplined, proactive, have a good sense of ownership, be desirous of professional growth and have a strong desire to make an impact through your work
