A reputable car rental company requires a dynamic and enthusiastic person to fill the role of an office Assistance/ Business Development Office. The person will report to the office Manager.
The person must have

Duties/ Responsibilities
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls.
- Assist office manager in the daily operations of the business
- Perform other duties assigned by the office Manager.
- Acquisition of new business.
- Deepening of relationship with existing customers
- Drive customer service tool usage
- Proactively research competitive threats/ opportunities within the teams market.
- Formulated business development strategies and objectives to meet changing market needs.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of industry sector.
Required Skills or Experience
- Preferably female
- First degree in any subject from a recognized tertiary academic institution of excellence.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Suites
- Two years’ experience in marketing/ Business Development
