Job Summary
- Develop and manage the HR function within the Company, this includes all areas of HR (Health and Safety, Training, Remuneration and Compensation, Attendance at work, HR Policies and Procedures, Operational Management support etc)
- Manage employee’s relations and taking the lead on the annual negotiations with the trade unions regarding the Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Develop and manage an efficient and effective office management system
- Provide administrative support to the Management and staff of MAC Ghana.
Qualification Required & Experience
a. A Master’s degree in Human Resources and Administration or relevant discipline, with at least 6 years of professional work experience in the private sector.
b. Registration with Ghana Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP)
c. High level skill in interpersonal relationship management;
d. Attention to detail, well organized, and able to assume broad responsibilities in line with this position
e. Goal orientated attitude to work
