We are looking for a software developer to join our development team in Accra. You will be working with our team of developers to develop and maintain applications in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about software development and want to be part of our dynamic development team designing and building our next generation applications, we would like to meet you.
Main task
- Work with our development team to develop and maintain applications for our clients
- Software development using frameworks and APIs
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Analyse user requirements and convert requirements into design documents
- Development of technical specifications and plans
- Troubleshoot, support, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
Required Skills or Experience
Requirements
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment

- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C#, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (.Net framework, AngularJS, Git, TFS)
- Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (Dapper, Entity Framework)
- MS SQL server knowledge
- Knowledge of writing and troubleshooting T-SQL codes
- Knowledge in web services and data objects (JSON, XML, SOAP)
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
- Attention to detail
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
