Role – Refrigeration & AC Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-
Responsible for maintenance and repairs of all refrigeration and air-conditioning components.

Responsible for new refrigeration and air-condition installation, modification alteration to the existing ones.
-
Responsible for daily utilities readings maintenance duty log books.
-
To follow the planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance programme.
-
Responsible for the daily shift system.
-
Responsible for the cold room’s operation, maintenance and repairs.
-
Responsible for maintenance and repairs of all kitchen and laundry equipment.
-
Good in excel and report writing
POWER AND UTILITIES
- Assist in monitoring and supply of all utilities at all times.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
-
To be fully familiar with all Health and Safety instructions as relevant to the maintenance department and to ensure they are adhered to.

To be aware of the issue of Legislation regarding Health and Safety and electricity at work regulations as applicable to the maintenance department.

To be fully familiar and aware of all firefighting equipment instructions and procedures as relevant to evacuation.

Requirement
-
Adequate experience technician of 4-6 years in the hospitality industry
-
Minimum of HND in refrigeration and air-conditioning
-
Must have good communication and reporting skills.

Responsible for cold rooms operation, maintenance and repairs
-
Good in trouble shooting
-
Good in installation of air conditioning and services.
