Job Summary
The IT Technician / CCTV Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, CCTV surveillance systems, networks, biometric attendance devices, and access control systems across all branches. The role ensures maximum system uptime, data security, and rapid response to technical issues.
Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and monitoring systems.

Supervise live CCTV surveillance and investigate incidents through playback.

Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and MikroTik networks.

Maintain Starlink and other internet connections with minimal downtime.

Install and support biometric time & attendance devices.
-
Maintain access control, magnetic locks, and intercom systems.
-
Perform routine preventive maintenance at all branch locations.
-
Keep inventory of IT and security equipment.
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.

Liaise with internet service providers and external vendors.

Qualifications
-
HND or Degree in Information & Communication Technology or related field.
-
Experience in CCTV, networking, and IT support.
-
Knowledge of Hikvision, MikroTik, TCP/IP, and wireless networking.
