Go Elim Company started its product line with Pop n Go Salt Popcorn, a ready-to-eat popcorn product that has been introduced to the market. The company aims to grow the Pop n Go brand while developing more innovative and affordable snack products to meet the needs of consumers.
Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.

Monitor the entire production process from raw materials to finished products.

Ensure proper use and handling of raw materials and packaging materials.

Monitor production output, wastage, downtime, and overall production efficiency.

Have basic knowledge of production machines and equipment, including their operation and routine checks.

Carry out basic troubleshooting where appropriate and promptly report major machine faults to the Maintenance Team.

Ensure production machines are operated safely and properly maintained.

Work closely with the QA/QC Team to ensure products meet required quality and food safety standards.

Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, GMP, health, and safety requirements within the production area.

Identify production problems and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.

Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily and weekly production reports.
-
Train, guide, and monitor production staff to improve performance and productivity.
-
Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of the production area and equipment.
-
Coordinate with Warehouse, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Administration to ensure smooth production operations.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and compliance with production procedures.

Recommend improvements to production processes, equipment, and workflow.

Perform any other duties related to production as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Male candidates are preferred
-
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Previous experience in a snack, food-processing, or manufacturing factory is preferred.

Basic knowledge of machinery and production equipment is required.
-
Ability to operate or understand food-processing and packaging machines is an advantage.

Good leadership and team-management skills.
-
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Knowledge of food hygiene, GMP, and workplace safety.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
-
Must be responsible, disciplined, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
