Role Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and organized National Service Personnel to join our Fleet Operations team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in vehicle fleet management, logistics coordination, and asset maintenance within a fast-paced, multi-sector environment. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong academic background and a keen interest in building a career in logistics and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules and tracking service history.

Support the monitoring of vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and mileage records.

Assist in preparing and processing documentation for vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and permits.

Help maintain the fleet database, ensuring accurate records of vehicle status, inspections, and repairs.

Assist in coordinating driver schedules and routes to ensure efficient operations.

Support the inspection of vehicles for pre- and post-trip checks to ensure safety standards.

Collaborate with other departments to manage vehicle requests and provide logistical support.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Fleet Manager.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.

Must be eligible for National Service in the 2026/2027 service year.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance or fleet operations is an advantage.
