Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented National Service Personnel to join our Marketing and Sales team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales support within a fast-paced, multi-sector environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong academic background and a keen interest in building a career in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through research, cold calling, and networking activities.

  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations for prospective clients.

  • Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

  • Assist in coordinating and following up on client inquiries, meetings, and site visits.

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media promotion, email marketing, and event coordination.

  • Help monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Head of Business Development.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

  • Must be eligible for National Service in the 2026/2027 service year.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM software is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Quality and consistency of lead generation and sales follow-up activities.

  • Accuracy and timeliness in updating the CRM database and sales records.

  • Effectiveness in supporting the preparation of sales proposals and marketing materials.

  • Demonstrated learning curve and proactive attitude in identifying new business opportunities.
