Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented National Service Personnel to join our Marketing and Sales team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales support within a fast-paced, multi-sector environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong academic background and a keen interest in building a career in marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through research, cold calling, and networking activities.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations for prospective clients.

Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Assist in coordinating and following up on client inquiries, meetings, and site visits.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media promotion, email marketing, and event coordination.

Help monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Head of Business Development.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

Must be eligible for National Service in the 2026/2027 service year.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM software is an advantage.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Accuracy and timeliness in updating the CRM database and sales records.

Effectiveness in supporting the preparation of sales proposals and marketing materials.
