Are you passionate about sales, customer engagement, and driving business growth? Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Associate and play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the achievement of our sales objectives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role shall be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and running of shop activities as well as following standard operating procedures.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing the daily operations of the retail shop.

Assisting customers in purchasing products of interest
-
Greeting and assisting customers to find the goods and products they are looking for

Assisting customers on the phone

Responding promptly to customer inquiries
-
Keeping the store and shop floor tidy and clean
-
Receive and inspect all incoming materials to the store and reconcile with stock request and waybill
-
Perform monthly stocktaking and reconciling with ERP with supervision from the Sales Manager
-
Packaging and labeling products before they are dispatched
-
Arrange and label products in the store room for easy identification and accessibility
-
Maintaining ISO documentation and record keeping
-
Perform any other duties as assigned

OHSE RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge of and adherence to all TAGG’s OHS&E procedures
-
Follow all safe work procedures, rules, and instructions relating to work
-
Hazard identification and reporting
-
Wear appropriate PPEs for work at all time
-
Knowledge on the safe use of all tools and equipment as applicable
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related role.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Ability to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and develop new business.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
-
Ability to understand and communicate technical products and solutions to customers.
-
Strong customer service, follow-up, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a technical/engineering environment and collaborate with technical teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems, with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales t
