LabMart Limited provides laboratory solutions and scientific products to customers across Ghana. We are seeking a responsive, commercially minded sales professional who can turn customer inquiries into well-supported solutions and long-term relationships.
Role Summary
The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound customer inquiries, recommend suitable laboratory products, prepare accurate quotations, follow up opportunities, and coordinate internally to support timely order fulfilment. The role combines customer service, product knowledge, sales discipline, and accurate recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and understand each customer’s application, product, budget, and delivery requirements.

Recommend appropriate laboratory products, consumables, and alternatives within approved commercial guidelines.

Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documentation and issue them within agreed turnaround times.

Follow up quotations and open opportunities consistently to progress and close sales.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and record calls, quotations, follow-ups, outcomes, and customer information in the approved system.

Coordinate with inventory, procurement, finance, and delivery colleagues on availability, pricing, payment status, and fulfilment.

Resolve routine customer inquiries professionally and escalate technical, pricing, or service issues when necessary.

Build productive relationships with laboratories, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, industry, and research customers.

Achieve agreed sales, conversion, response-time, and customer-retention targets.

Develop and maintain current knowledge of LabMart’s products and suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in an applied science or another relevant discipline.

At least three years of experience in sales, customer service, or account support; laboratory or scientific-product experience is strongly preferred.

Strong spoken and written English, with professional telephone and email communication skills.

Ability to prepare accurate quotations, manage competing priorities, and follow tasks through to completion.

Customer-focused judgment, integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with laboratory consumables, equipment, reagents, or scientific distribution.

Experience using a CRM, ERP, inventory, or quotation-management system.

Experience with institutional procurement or tender processes.
Measures of Success

Timely and accurate quotations and customer responses.

Healthy pipeline activity, quotation conversion, and achievement of agreed sales targets.

Complete customer records, effective follow-up, and strong customer satisfaction.

Accurate coordination with internal teams and fewer avoidable fulfilment issues.
