The Role

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the University's quality assurance systems, policies, procedures and annual quality cycle.

  • Maintain quality assurance data and relevant records.

  • Assist with internal audits and reviews of academic processes, including student entry criteria, progression, retention and achievement.

  • Support the preparation and coordination of documentation for quality reviews, audits, accreditation, re-accreditation and validation exercises.

  • Assist with preparations for Annual Teaching Reviews, partnership reviews and reviews by regulatory, professional and other external bodies.

  • Monitor relevant requirements, guidelines and communications from regulatory and quality assurance bodies and support the implementation of required changes.

  • Assist with the review and updating of quality assurance policies, handbooks, guides, codes of practice and other related documentation.

  • Liaise with academic and administrative departments to obtain information, support compliance and facilitate quality assurance activities.

  • Support student complaints, appeals, disciplinary processes and other quality-related matters as assigned.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality, compliance, integrity and continuous improvement across the University.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, Management or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of two (2) years' relevant professional experience.

  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, audit or academic administration will be an advantage.

  • Good analytical, organisational, communication, stakeholder engagement and report writing skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital tools.
