BURN is looking for a quality team leader whose role will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet or exceed established quality standards.
This position involves leading a team of quality assurance professionals and overseeing various aspects of the quality management process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Measure and analyse quality in the assembly line, including:
- incoming quality control on raw materials, products, and kits
- finished goods quality control
- in-process quality control
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are always adhered to on the assembly floor.
- Hire and train a team of casuals on their daily tasks and workstation allocation.
- Generate and share daily and monthly assembly and quality reports including corrective actions.
- Oversee any rework required on the electric cookers and cookware.
- Ensure proper segregation of defective products and proper disposition of the same
- Visiting local supplier facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures
- Facilitate communication with local suppliers when supplies don't meet quality standards
- Ensure all safety protocols are observed on the assembly floor.

Skills and Experience
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- 2 Years experience in the related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Leadership Skills
- Adaptable and Flexible
- Attentive and detailed
- Good Communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
