A private facility located near Achimota, Tantra Hill, is inviting applications for the position of Human Resource Manager.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (required)
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Human Resource role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws and performance management
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is desirable
- Experience in healthcare or a related industry is an advantage
- Must be 38 years and above
- Must reside within Taifa, Tantra, Achimota, Amasaman or Pokuase
