Esoko is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of innovative digital products that create measurable impact across Africa. This is an exciting opportunity to shape products from concept to scale, drive customer value, and contribute to the growth of one of Africa’s leading Agritech companies.
The successful candidate will define the product vision and strategy, identify market opportunities, champion customer needs, and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital products that drive customer adoption, business growth, and lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
-
Translate customer and business insights into clear product requirements and prioritised product initiatives.
-
Own and manage the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), product roadmaps, and related product documentation.

Define product success metrics and monitor performance using customer feedback, analytics, and business data.

Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, customer experience, engagement, and commercial performance.

Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver high-value product outcomes.

Support product launches through effective positioning, pricing, go-to-market planning, and customer adoption strategies.

Present product strategies, business cases, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior leadership.

Champion a customer-centric and product-led culture across the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

A Master’s degree (MBA) or Product Management certification is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management within a technology, SaaS, Agritech, Fintech, Marketplace, or digital products environment.

Proven track record of developing, launching, and growing successful digital products.

Experience conducting customer discovery, market validation, product strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Demonstrated proficiency in using AI and Generative AI tools to support product research, data analysis, product development, workflow automation, and decision-making.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is an advantage.
