PharmaNett - CoreNett's pharmacy control, compliance, and medication intelligence platform.

PharmaNett is a comprehensive pharmacy operating system built to power the financial, operational, and intelligence needs of pharmacies and pharmacy chains. Through the PharmaNett Partner Platform, pharmacies gain access to a connected suite of capital, operations, and intelligence tools - from supply credit and insurance receivables financing, to inventory and compliance management, to predictive analytics that drive smarter business decisions.

As we expand our footprint, we're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the commercial rollout of PharmaNett to pharmacies and pharmacy chains, building lasting partnerships that grow with the platform.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end sales process for PharmaNett - identifying and engaging pharmacy owners and chain operators, demonstrating platform value, structuring commercial terms, and converting prospects into long-term subscribers. This is a high-impact, target-driven role for someone who understands the pharmacy retail environment and can sell both software subscriptions and embedded financial products with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to onboard independent pharmacies and pharmacy chains onto the PharmaNett Partner Platform
  • Sell across PharmaNett's full product suite, including subscription tiers (Essential, Operations Pro, Enterprise Nexus) and the Partner Platform's capital, operations, and intelligence products.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through direct outreach, referrals, pharmacy association networks, and field visits
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tailor value propositions to each pharmacy's size, branch count, and operational needs
  • Negotiate and close subscription and partnership agreements in line with company pricing and commercial guidelines
  • Work closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and early activation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and deal activity using the company's CRM
  • Gather market feedback on pricing, features, and competitor activity to inform product and commercial strategy
  • Represent PharmaNett at industry events, pharmacy association meetings, and partner forums
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly subscription and revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management - experience selling to pharmacies, healthcare providers, or SMEs is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable selling both software subscriptions and financial products (credit, financing) within the same conversation
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with pharmacy owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with sales targets and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for field visits, demos, and partner meetings
  • Familiarity with the pharmacy retail or healthcare ecosystem in Ghana is highly desirable
