ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, market penetration, and revenue growth across French-speaking West and Central African markets.The role focuses on promoting renewable energy solutions, including solar power systems, hybrid solutions, and photovoltaic technologies to commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients.
The ideal candidate is a French-speaking sales professional with strong industry knowledge, regional market experience, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or a related field
- Must have a minimum of 3–5 years’ sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, power solutions, or technical B2B industries
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in multi-country environments
- Strong network within Francophone West & Central African markets is an added advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of solar PV (Photovoltaic) systems, hybrid solutions, inverters, batteries, and energy efficiency solutions
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and cultural awareness
- Ability to travel frequently across the Francophone Africa region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate flexibility, and respond effectively to dynamic market conditions
- Must possess strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Must possess a team spirit and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural context
