ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to drive brand growth, accelerate revenue, and expand market penetration across retail, corporate, and direct-to-consumer channels. You will own both strategy and execution — building a high-performing sales engine while ensuring the brand shows up consistently and compellingly across every touchpoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy aligned with revenue targets
- Drive monthly sales to meet and exceed agreed targets
- Build and manage retail, distributor, and corporate sales pipelines
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions

Channel Development
- Expand presence in supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, and convenience stores
- Develop and manage distributor relationships
- Grow direct-to-consumer sales via online, WhatsApp, and subscriptions
- Build corporate and institutional sales verticals
- Optimise route-to-market and coverage efficiency
Brand & Marketing Management
- Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar
- Lead product launches end-to-end
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and influencer activity
- Drive sampling activations and in-store promotions
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Trade Marketing & Promotions
- Design retail promotions and merchandising programmes
- Negotiate shelf placement and visibility with retail partners
- Manage point-of-sale materials and in-store branding
- Track promotion effectiveness and optimise spend
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
- Recommend pricing and product adjustments
- Support new product development with market data
Team Leadership & Execution
- Build and supervise the sales and brand activation team
- Set clear targets and performance dashboards
- Coach field sales representatives
- Coordinate with operations to align supply and demand
- Report weekly and monthly performance to management
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales and marketing
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth
- Experience managing retail and distributor channels
- Strong understanding of the Ghanaian FMCG landscape
- Digital marketing proficiency is an advantage Key Competencies
