Take It Bakery, located at Mile 9, close to Tamale Airport, is a community-focused bakery dedicated to producing fresh, affordable, and high-quality bread for families, households, and businesses. Based in Northern Ghana, the bakery combines skilled craftsmanship with a commitment to creating employment and practical learning opportunities for young people. Through consistent quality, excellent customer service, and innovative products, Take It Bakery aims to become a trusted household name while contributing to local economic growth and community development.
We are a fast-growing bakery looking for a strong, energetic, street-smart person to help us increase daily bread sales.
You will be responsible for helping us grow daily bread sales by working directly with customers, and communities.
You will not sit in an office. You will be on the field every day.

Main Responsibilities
- Visit homes and workplaces to sell and market bread
- Build strong daily customers in the areas we operate
- Recruit and manage sales agents and delivery agents
- Train and guide your team on how to sell and deliver bread
- Make sure daily sales targets are growing steadily
- Report daily sales and customer growth
- Help customers understand how to order bread early (pre-order system)
Required Skills or Experience
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience selling on the street, in markets, or door-to-door
- Can confidently talk to strangers and convince them to buy
- Has strong hustle spirit and does not give up easily
- Knows how to persuade people and close sales
- Can lead or organize a small team of sellers
- Is honest, disciplined, and results-driven
- Can work early mornings and move around communities
Pay and Benefits
- Basic monthly salary: GHS 1,000 - GHS 1,500
- Performance bonus based on sales growth
- Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role in the company
