JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Representative and Operation Manager to join our Burkina faso and Cote D’ivoire team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of truck spare parts and managing business operations.
Industry: Automotive Aftermarket (Heavy-Duty Truck Parts)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Expansion: Identify and establish new customers and retail distributors.
- Sales Management: Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality.
- Customer Relations: Build strong, long-term relationships with local mechanics, fleet owners, and spare part dealers.
- Reporting: Provide daily and weekly market intelligence reports on competitor pricing and emerging demands.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales (experience in automotive or mechanical parts is a significant advantage).
- Language: English and French. Must be able to negotiate and close deals in French.
- Age: Under 30 years old (Preferred).
- Mobility: Must be willing and able to relocate and work long-term in Burkina Faso or Côte d'Ivoire.
- Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a multicultural environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive Base Salary + Performance-based Commissions.
- Accommodation and transportation during foreign deployment.
- Basic Salary: 2,000 GHS per month
- Travel Allowance: 2000 GHS per month
- Commission: Depends On Work Performance
Location: Based in Ghana (with long-term deployment to Burkina Faso or Côte d'Ivoire)
