Job Summary
We, Shinestar Ghana Company Limited are looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of eco-friendly paints and coatings to contractors, builders, hardware stores, and retail customers in Kumasi and surrounding areas. This is an entry-level to mid-level position suitable for candidates with a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential customers including construction sites, hardware shops, and painting contractors in Kumasi
- Present and demonstrate our paint products, highlighting quality, durability, and environmental benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Participate in promotional events and product training sessions

Job Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales (any industry) is a plus but not required; fresh candidates with strong motivation are welcome
- Basic knowledge of paints, coatings, or construction materials is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel locally within Kumasi as needed
- Honest and reliable
- Willing to follow company rules and regulations
- Self-motivated and eager to improve

Compensation
- Base Salary: GHS 900/month
- Commission: Uncapped
- Average Monthly Earnings: GHS 5,000 - 10,000+
