Job Specific Tasks
- Self-starter with high energy and initiative to take projects through to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to work in accurate and organized manner.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on social media platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth
- Manage personal banking services with strong expertise in salary-based loan schemes, including loan origination, processing, and disbursement
- Build, grow, and manage a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk guidelines
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive market presence.
Required Skills or Experience
- 5 years minimum experience in the same role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
