Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Platform Partnerships Officer to support the growth and adoption of Esoko’s digital platform solutions. This role focuses on identifying partnership opportunities, supporting partner onboarding, and assisting organizations in deploying Esoko’s digital tools within agricultural programs and value chains. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners including agribusinesses, development organizations, financial institutions, and government agencies to expand the reach and effective use of Esoko’s platform.
The role is primarily based on-site in Accra but may require occasional travel to partner sites, agricultural programs, and stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential partners that can benefit from Esoko’s digital platform solutions.
- Support the onboarding of partner organizations onto Esoko’s platform and assist in deploying digital agriculture tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agribusinesses, NGOs, development partners, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of partnership and technical proposals, presentations, concept notes, and budgets for potential collaborators and data/consulting projects.
- Support initiatives that drive adoption and usage of Esoko’s platform across agricultural value chains.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding Esoko’s digital platform services.
- Conduct background research and data gathering to support proposal development.
- Maintain accurate records of partner engagements and track key platform growth metrics.
- Support the development, deployment, and management of digital surveys and data collection activities.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain clear and structured project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, and Technology) to ensure effective partner onboarding and successful deployments.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Development Studies, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, agribusiness, project coordination, or technology-related roles is an advantage.
- Interest in digital agriculture, technology platforms, and agricultural development initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
