About the Initiative
We're launching, a mental health wellness support initiative for underserved communities in Ghana and West Africa. Partnering with local startups and enterprises, we will scale access to mental wellness resources amid rising stress from economic pressures and urban migration.
Why Volunteer?

- Flexible Commitment: 5-10 hours/week for 3 months, fully remote.
Roles We're Seeking (Choose one or more!):
- Tech/UI Volunteers: Design user-friendly app interfaces or 3D wellness avatars (Blender skills a plus).
- Content & Outreach: Create culturally relevant wellness guides in Twi/English; run social media campaigns.
- Data & Analytics: Build dashboards for user engagement metrics (Excel/Google Sheets expertise welcome).
- HR/Community Leads: Recruit local ambassadors, draft volunteer agreements, and facilitate virtual support groups.
- Partnership Scouts: Connect with startups, funders, or sustainability orgs.

Who We're Looking For
- Passionate individuals with 1+ years in tech, HR, business dev, or community work.
- Bonus: Experience in digital innovation, healthcare or West African impact projects.
- No prior health tech experience needed, orientation will be done!
Compensation: Variable pay in compensation, stipends and incentives.
