Africa Cement Factory (ACF) is dedicated to producing high-quality cement products to support the construction needs of clients. With a production capacity of 400,000 tons per year, ACF manufactures both bagged and bulk cement using top-grade raw materials and advanced machinery, adhering to the highest industry standards. Our product portfolio includes 42.5R Portland Limestone Cement CEM II/B-L and 32.5N Pozzolanic Cement CEM IV/B-P.
Role Summary
This is a full-time position for a Central Control Room Operator at Africa Cement Factory. The role requires monitoring and operating plant systems and processes from a central control room to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities include overseeing plant operations, managing power generation and steam-related processes, and ensuring effective communication with team members and leadership. This is an on-site role located in the Tema Free Zone enclave.

Qualifications
- Experience in operating and managing Control Room systems and processes
- Knowledge of Plant Operations, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with Power Generation systems and processes
- Expertise in handling Steam processes efficiently
- Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with team members
- Ability to work in an on-site industrial setting
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role in the cement or manufacturing industry is an advantage
