Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable, trustworthy, and skilled individuals to join our team as Security Guards and Patrol Supervisors for our Manguarding Service in various locations across Ghana, including Accra, Kumasi, Tema, Takoradi, Tarkwa, and Tamale. As a leading security company in the country, we provide a range of services, including Manguarding, Electronic security, Cash in Transit, and Bullion services. Our Security Guards play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients; premises, assets, and personnel. Our client covers a range of residential, commercial, diplomatic, mining, Oil and Gas and financial Institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide security services to clients, including access control, patrols, and surveillance
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Maintain accurate records and logs of security incidents and activities

Requirements - Security Guards:
- Be at least 21
- Possess a valid Ghana Card
- Provide a guarantor
- Have a minimum of Junior High School (JHS) education
- Be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements - Patrol Supervisors:
- Be at least 30
- Possess a valid Drivers License
- Have at least 2 years of driving/riding experience
- Have experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
