Role Summary
This is a contract-based, remote position for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and achieving set sales targets. The role involves promoting the company’s range of health insurance products, conducting presentations tailored to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs.

Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Understanding of healthcare or insurance industry trends and products
- Proficiency in time management, goal-oriented planning, and negotiation skills
- IT proficiency for documenting sales data, generating reports, and using CRM tools
- Ability to work independently, manage remote work responsibilities, and travel when required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in sales is an advantage
- Preferred experience in healthcare, medical insurance, or corporate client sales
