Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in the various Regions of Ghana. The Regional Sales Manager will manage and lead sales teams, develop and execute regional sales strategies, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to implement strategic plans.
The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in setting and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying opportunities for business growth
- Effective leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide sales teams
- Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work on-site in Accra and travel regionally for client visits
