LabMart Limited, a leading provider of laboratory solutions and scientific products in Ghana, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Laboratory Products Sales Executive to join our team in Accra.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will support customers with their laboratory product needs, prepare quotations, handle inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate laboratory products and solutions
- Prepare and issue quotations promptly to clients
- Receive customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide professional support
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales opportunities
- Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BSc.) in any Applied Science discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar sales role, preferably in laboratory or scientific products
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Polite, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and also collaborate in a team environment.
