LabMart Limited, a leading provider of laboratory and scientific solutions in Ghana, is expanding its analytical instruments business portfolio and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytical Products Sales Executive (Chemist) to join our team in Accra.
Job Summary
The Analytical Products Sales Executive will support customers across a wide range of analytical workflows, providing technical guidance from consumables to advanced instrumentation. The ideal candidate will combine strong scientific expertise with customer engagement skills to drive growth in our analytical instruments portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with analytical laboratory workflows, including instrument selection and consumables support
- Provide technical consultation on analytical instrumentation and related applications
- Promote and manage LabMart’s portfolio of analytical instruments and accessories
- Support customers with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
- Conduct follow-ups with clients, respond to technical inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs
- Maintain strong relationships with laboratories in academia, industry, pharmaceuticals, and research institutions
