Full Job Description - Read Carefully


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within our hospitality operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, and promoting our hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the sales and marketing activities are properly planned and coordinated.
  • Undertakes periodic analysis of market trends and adjusts sales and promotional programmes accordingly
  • Assess incoming festive occasions and develops necessary programmes and schedules as measures to improve earnings.
  • Plans, directs and Co-ordinates the sales and marketing activities of the facility.
  • Plans and organizes special sales and marketing programmes based on sales records and market assessments.
  • Ensures the timely and regular preparation of financial reports for the department.
  • Establishes and directs operational and administrative procedures in the department in accordance with the laid down organizational policies.
  • Oversees the selection, training and performance of staff in the sales department.
  • Ensure the staff in the sales department correctly interpret, understand and implement the personnel policy of the facility.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, partners, and repeat customers
  • Lead and coordinate sales activities for conferences, banquets, weddings, and events
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet revenue targets

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
