Hiring Process

Cognitive Reasoning Aptitude Test: All applicants will take a multiple-choice assessment covering abstract reasoning, verbal reasoning, and numerical reasoning. (Preferred score: 370/ 600)
- Specialist Assessment: Depending on the specialisation selected, candidates will complete;
- IT Project Management Assessment for Digital Transformation.
- General Coding Assessment for Experience Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Data Engineering & Analytics. (Preferred score: 350/ 600).

Shortlisting is based on combined scores.

Take-Home Lab: Shortlisted candidates will complete a take-home lab to evaluate applied technical competence and problem-solving approach.

Interviews will be anchored on the lab submission and will measure technical depth, leadership potential, communication effectiveness, and collaboration capability.

Offer to Shortlisted Candidates: Shortlisted candidates will receive an offer for national service with AmaliTech in one of our offices (Accra, Kumasi, or Takoradi).
