Dexterity Educational Consult is a fast-growing educational consultancy firm committed to delivering innovative and impactful educational solutions. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and professional Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities
- Represent the company in meetings, partnerships, and negotiations
- Lead contract discussions and support partnership development
- Promote company services through outreach, presentations, and follow-ups
- Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement and basic digital marketing activities

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Social media management and basic digital marketing skills are an added advantage
